Pierott - Venetian Mask

For this project, we were asked to imagine a future at least twenty years ahead and send a message back to the present. With my two partners, I envisioned a world set in the 2070s where beauty is fully programmable, always shifting and adapting as quickly as trends move today. We created Pierott, a speculative luxury biotech brand centered on the Venetian Mask and a biomorphic skin layer that respond to constantly changing aesthetic standards. The concept draws from the pace of fast fashion and the pressure to continually update one's appearance, offering a future that feels both aspirational and slightly uneasy in its constant motion. Influenced by how social media already shapes beauty ideals, Pierott imagines a time when platforms help introduce new looks and guide what becomes desirable, creating a cycle of continuous reinvention. Here is a video walkthrough of my website design for the project, built in React. The site functions as a luxury service platform where users can learn more about Pierott's biotechnology and book consultations for its treatments. It presents the brand as both an elevated beauty experience and a reflection on the fast, ever evolving nature of trend driven identity.
